We only ask for what we need to collect, clean and return your laundry. We do not sell your data.
01Who looks after your data
To fill: legal company name (trading as LaundryArk), To fill: registered address. For anything about your data, email To fill: customer email address.
02What we collect
- Your name and phone or WhatsApp number
- Your pickup address: area, building or villa, flat number and any notes for the driver
- The pickup slot you choose
- What you send us: the items, our count, any stains or care notes, and photos if we need to show you something
- Your order and payment records. We do not keep your full card number; card payments go through To fill: card payment provider
03How we get it
The booking form on this website does not send your details to us. It only writes a WhatsApp message on your phone, which you choose to send. We then receive what you write to us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, and what our driver notes at pickup.
04Why we use it
We will only send you offers if you ask us to, and you can stop them at any time.
- To collect, clean and return your laundry
- To send you the count and the bill, and to take payment
- To contact you about your order, a problem or a re-clean
- To keep the records the law asks us to keep
05Who sees it
Our staff and drivers see what they need for your order. We also rely on:
- WhatsApp (Meta), which carries our messages under its own privacy policy
- To fill: card payment provider for card payments
- To fill: any other service you use, for example an order system, delivery partner or accountant
- Government bodies, but only when the law requires it
06How long we keep it
To fill: how long you keep order and customer records, for example 5 years for tax. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
07Your rights
Under the UAE's personal data law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask us to:
- Show you the data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your data when we no longer need to keep it
- Stop using it for anything other than your orders

08Keeping it safe

Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data about children.
