Pickup slots run from 10 am to midnight, seven days a week.

Yes, if a slot today is still open. The booking form only shows slots that have not started yet.

No. Leave your bag with the concierge or reception, or hand it to our driver at your door, lobby or villa gate.

We collect from homes, hotels and offices in 139 areas across Dubai, from Dubai Marina and JLT to Downtown, Deira and Mirdif.

A wash & fold bag up to 6 kg is AED 65, a shirt dry cleaned is AED 15 and a shirt pressed is AED 9.

They are free on orders over AED 50. Smaller orders pay AED 10 for delivery.

After we count your items, not when you book or at pickup. We accept card, Apple Pay and cash.

We count every item before we bill you and send you the count with the bill.

Standard orders come back in 24 hours.

Yes, for clothes: 12-hour express (+50%).

Duvets, bedding and trainers take 48 hours. Curtains, carpets and handbags take 48 hours, or up to 72 hours for pieces that need extra care. None of these can go express.

Tell us and we will clean it again for free.

Yes. Each item is cleaned the way its care label says.

Yes. A kandura is AED 15 to dry clean or AED 11 to press; an abaya is AED 18 to dry clean or AED 12 to press.

Yes. A king duvet is AED 55, curtains are AED 20 a square metre and carpets AED 30 a square metre.

Yes. Trainers are AED 75 and handbag care is from AED 150.
